The Director of Nursing for Emergency Services plays a critical role in managing and enhancing department operations. Key responsibilities include:

Qualifications for the Director of Nursing Emergency Services Role

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency care settings, with at least 3 years in a nursing leadership role.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, with a track record of inspiring and guiding teams.

• Current certifications including BLS, ACLS, and PALS are required.
• Mobile Intensive Care Nurse (MICN) within 1 year of hire
